Our clinic is an outpatient facility. Cancer patients should be prepared to stay for at least three weeks, either in a nearby motel, motor home, or private residence. It is usually best if meals can be prepared at the temporary residence. The motels we recommend have kitchenettes for this purpose. An average of 2-3 hours per day should be set aside for intravenous infusions and other outpatient procedures. All pertinent medical records should be brought with the patient, along with the following reports: pathology, surgery, chemotherapy, X-rays, scans, narrative summaries and a list of all medicines and supplements.
